BREAKFAST: White Rice with Fish Sauce


LUNCH: Noodles + Boiled egg. Cracker Biscuits. 


DINNER: Boiled Plantain and Vegetable soup


TUESDAY:


BREAKFAST: Yam and fried egg + cucumber


LUNCH: Pasta (Spaghetti) and fish sauce

Snacks ( puff-puff/Buns)


DINNER: Sweet Potatoes+ egg sauce


WEDNESDAY

BREAKFAST: Beans and plantain pottage


LUNCH: Yam pottage with vegetables 

Fruit salad


DINNER: White rice and vegetable sauce


THURSDAY


BREAKFAST: Jollof Rice garnished with egg/meat


LUNCH: Eba and vegetable soup. 


DINNER: Dodo and fried egg


FRIDAY


BREAKFAST: Bread and Beans , Cucumber


LUNCH:Garri, Groundnut, Milk, fish.


DINNER: Noodles and boiled egg


SATURDAY


BREAKFAST: Pap/Custard/Oat

Akara/ Moin Moin


LUNCH: Amala/pounded yam/Eba/Semo

Ewedu+beef/chicken stew

Fruit salad


DINNER: white rice and chicken sauce
